Services

JDM Solution provides performance automotive services, including remote engine tuning support for supported standalone ECUs. Remote tuning is a street/log-based calibration service: we analyze data you capture and provide itemized tune changes that you enter into your own ECU. You remain in control of — and responsible for — your vehicle at all times.

Vehicle condition requirements

Remote tuning engagements require a mechanically sound vehicle with all ECU-critical sensors installed, working, and verified reading correctly, and an accurate build sheet. We cannot inspect a vehicle remotely; our calibration guidance is only as good as the data and build information you provide. If logs reveal a mechanical or sensor fault, we will pause tuning and identify what needs fixing before continuing. Starting an engagement with undisclosed or unverified faults is at your own risk.

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Custom work begins with a written estimate; after you approve it, you choose your payment plan — a single one-time payment, or milestone payments tied to delivered work. Financing options such as Klarna may be available at checkout, subject to the provider's approval. The discounted monthly subscription carries a three-month minimum commitment: cancellations take effect after the third billing cycle, and the subscription continues month-to-month afterward until canceled. Included hours do not roll over between months. Work beyond included hours is billed at the published hourly rate, only with your prior approval.

Assumption of risk

Modifying and calibrating a vehicle's engine management involves inherent risk, including the risk of engine damage. High-performance use of a motor vehicle is inherently dangerous. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from the operation, modification, and calibration of your vehicle, and our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement.

Emissions and legal compliance

Performance calibration services are intended for closed-course, off-highway, and competition use. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle complies with all emissions, safety, and registration requirements that apply where you live and drive.

Intellectual property

Tune files, calibration documentation, and written reports we produce are provided for use on the vehicle covered by your engagement. Website content is owned by JDM Solution and may not be reproduced without permission.
