Information we collect
When you contact us or submit a tuning intake, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, details about your vehicle and build, and the contents of your messages. When you pay for services, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. Like most websites, our hosting provider also collects standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and deliver tuning engagements, send you service-related emails, process payments, and keep records of the work we do on your vehicle. Build-sheet submissions may be analyzed with automated tools (including AI services) to help us triage engagements — this analysis is for our internal use.
What we share
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this site and our business: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), hosting (Vercel), our database provider (Supabase), and AI analysis providers for intake triage. Each processes your data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep engagement records — including tune documentation, logs, and correspondence — for as long as needed to support your vehicle and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time, subject to records we're required to keep.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing us. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
