Cookie Policy
How we use cookies and analytics, and the choices you have.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser. Some are essential for the site to work; others help us understand how the site is used or measure marketing. This page explains what we use and the choices you have.
Analytics we use by default
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand overall traffic and page performance. These do not use cookies, do not track you across other websites, and do not build an advertising profile of you. Because they are cookieless and anonymous, they run without requiring your consent.
Cookies we use only with your consent
If you choose “Accept all,” we also load Google Analytics (GA4), which sets cookies to measure site usage in more detail (with IP anonymization on), and we may use advertising pixels (such as Meta or Google Ads) to measure marketing campaigns. None of these load if you choose “Essential only.” You can change your mind at any time by clearing the “jdm-cookie-consent” value in your browser, which brings the banner back.
Essential cookies
When you log into the client or admin portal, we use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. This is strictly necessary for the portal to function and is not used for tracking or advertising. We also store your cookie-banner choice so we don't ask on every visit.
Your choices
Use the cookie banner to accept all cookies or only essential ones. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site's public pages work fine without non-essential cookies, though the logged-in portal needs its session cookie to keep you signed in.
